The breakfast buffet was very good to our satisfaction. It has everyday different varieties of Western and Asian food to choose from.Eating at their restaurant was delicious too, to our heart's contentment. The staff are nice, kind, friendly, helpful , respectful and always greeted with a welcoming smile, fresh tropical fruits and cold refreshing drinks , Tony, Kim ( sorry to some of the staff I forgot your names) and most of all to Alex for extending his services/help in arranging our bus ticket to Sapa and taxi in bringing us to the airport, thank you and to all of you, too.It is much appreciated.

A big plus is the location, right in the center, the Old Quarter, 3 minutes to reach the lake and close to the main attractions. For us, this was perfect, especially since it was our first time in Hanoi. Another plus is the friendly staff and a special mention goes to Dominic, who truly made our stay memorable. He took his time and shared wonderful stories about Vietnam, guided us through our entire stay and gave us great local recommendations. I felt that he really cared about making our trip special. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s location is amazing for traveling; the Old Quarter is a great place to start exploring Hanoi. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. They booked a tour to Sapa for us, arranged a transfer to the airport after the tour, and helped us communicate with the driver when we were delayed. The room is quite small, but it has all the necessary amenities. We had breakfast included, and we liked it.
