A big plus is the location, right in the center, the Old Quarter, 3 minutes to reach the lake and close to the main attractions. For us, this was perfect, especially since it was our first time in Hanoi. Another plus is the friendly staff and a special mention goes to Dominic, who truly made our stay memorable. He took his time and shared wonderful stories about Vietnam, guided us through our entire stay and gave us great local recommendations. I felt that he really cared about making our trip special. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a nice place to relax after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

What truly makes this place special is the staff. Rosie and the entire team were wonderful—attentive, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or issues. Additionally, the hotel offers reliable and affordable tours and transportation options, which made my experience even better.

Lovely comfy bed and large bathroom. Bedroom size is a on the smaller side, but this is a city hotel so to be expected perhaps. What really sets this hotel apart from others is the service provided by the staff, especially Hannah the front office manager, who was incredibly helpful in not only organising and booking activates for us while in Hanoi, but also transfers and taxis whilst we were exploring the rest of the country - the service we received from her really was five star!
