They were all smiling everytime you talk to them. I was even upgraded and allowed to have early check-in. They gave me packed breakfast because I checked-out early for my morning flight.

Everyone from cleaning to kitchen and reception, all included, were very friendly and helpful. It so happened that we got in contact with the reception, Julie, already when we booked. so we could made some arrangements before we arrived. Hanoi isn't new to us but this little gem certainly was. How often do you meet a wet swept hotelroom floor every day? We did 🙏. Hope to be back before long 😉.

The room was very clean and newly decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would like to thank all staff especially Tracy for her kindness. She provided us take away breakfast on the day of check out as our flight is too early. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious.
