The room was very quiet and comfortable with lovely high ceilings. It was at the back and facing the pool area which kept the street noise down. In-room furniture was very comfortable. It’s a well renovated 1940’s hotel with a vintage design theme.

Gorgeous gardens and lagoon, nice and quiet, really creative and stylish, lovely intimate feel, kind, welcoming, trustworthy hosts, yummy food and coffee.

The place where the cruise stops is very nice as there are not so many boats. The staff is super lovely and are willing to make you happy. Henry speaks a very good English and will be the one helping you with everything. The design of the boat is kind of Agatha Christie vibe. The organisation with the shuttle from Hanoi was smooth and easy.

Location perfect, quiet. Family owned and operated, great team and service. VERY Clean and BEAUTIFUL courtyard. Great design and appointed. Good breakfast. Comfortable and not crowded. Rooms spacious. Nice balconies.

Trendy design hotel with spacious rooms and a great location. A few minutes walk to the beaches, gives a high level of convenience without busy traffic and tourists. Good options for breakfast and the staff there was very friendly and helpful, gave us some excellent tours of Cat Ba Island, a special one being Night Kayaking With Glowing Plankton, which should be a try!
