I really appreciate the level of service which the hotel staff demonstrated, it was very very good! The hotel service was excellent, upon checkin the front desk officer was kind enough to upgrade our room to a sea view room with outdoor balcony. The view upon entering the room was Wow! It was incredibly gorgeous. It was also our first time in Abu Dhabi, the kind gesture has left us with great memories that will last forever. We would like to thank you the reception staff and team for all the delightful hospitality.
