Location, location, location, first of all, the hotel is a great piece of art, and the apartment is clean and welcoming. The location is close to all the Attractions Graz is known for, all of them walking distance within a kilometer radius. I highly recommend staying here. Check in and access was a breeze .

Location good, not too far from centre, since it is not in the centre streets are not too loud at night to sleep.

The lovely staff who are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast- good selection to choose from- Bircher style overnight oats, various yoghurts, fresh local types of bread, fresh fruit salad, hams and cheese, local breakfast cakes, danish pastries, smoked salmon and cooked breakfast options choice of teas, coffees and juices Rooms all very individual, this is a historic building with each room styled to match its shape and features but with all mod cons such as Aircon and lovely bathrooms, coffee machine in room.Of course there is a huge variety of art all around the hotel including bedrooms. There are some modern rooms in the new building just across from the hotel. Lovely lounge in hotel where you can order drinks and light snacks. Didn't get chance to try the pool but it looks lovely in the garden.

Built by the famous Austrian architect Günther Domenig, this design hotel is only 1 km away from the centre of Graz.

We liked everything:)! Location was great for us, because we came with bicycles and we didn’t use the car in the city at all. On that note, the underground garage on the property is excellent! The apartment was very pleasent, had everything you need on a short stay, a big plus is a nice balcony for a morning coffe:). Special joy is definetely the staff, very nice, helpfull and overall very simpatic:). We would gladly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay with them again while in Graz:)
