I mistakenly booked the wrong dates on a non-refundable room for *the next day* and received the assistance I needed to switch them in a very short amount of time. Self check in was easy, and the parking garage was large enough for our American SUV.
The room was excellent. Fresh clean linens, and the sofa bed made up beautifully for the kiddos. High ceilings, air conditioning, plenty of storage space for luggage, etc. The breakfast buffet was typical for Austria/Germany, with the plus of warm scrambled eggs rather than hardboiled. The gentleman running the breakfast room was very helpful and kind. We're so happy with this stay!
