Very clean, comfortable apartment with all the facilities one might need. We had a secure parking spot. Check in was easy. The room was warm and everything looked new and they made us an extra bed because we stayed with two small kids. Beds are very firm and comfortable so we had a good rest. Wifi is flawless and there is a working desk with a lamp. The kitchen is well equipped and a cafe machine is available. Just outside of the apartment there is a grocery shop and tram station. One can reach a city center in just a few minutes. We are looking forward to staying here again when visiting Graz.

Restored building, with an elevator, Parking space under roof. Quiet neighborhood, a supermarket Spar in the corner. A 20min walk to the city center or a tram in the front door.

Wonderful rose garden and bar for drinks. Pool and sauna area wonderful. Bed extremely comfortable and large. Parking on site great. Food in Florian restaurant is sophisticated. Wonderful Graz getaway!

Great location close to center, super clean and super equiped appartement. It is with online check in and we had few issues with entering the building. But we called support desk and got immediate assistance. Also we booked additionally a parking place that was located next door in underground garage. Breakfast was super great!! We got a lot of different tasty things and great cheese cake
