The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole building was very quiet after a certain time, which made for a peaceful stay. The washing machine was very efficient perfect for a longer stay. The apartment was excellently equipped. The host was very understanding and allowed us to check out late. He was easily reachable on WhatsApp, which was a big help.

This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from holiday in Italy. An amazing place with its own unique atmosphere. We stayed with two adults and two children. Everything was there and the facilities were perfect. Even the back of the TV was cleaned and the room was very clean. There were even children's beds and toys prepared, and the children were very excited. The owner was also very kind and gave us many recommendations for places to visit in Linz. We had thought about walking around the city a bit in the evening, but it was so comfortable that we spent the time in the apartment. We would definitely like to use it again!

The hotel is in a beautiful building full of history. It is located in an oasis of nature. A serene plantation type rural area just a short walking distance from the township. Ideal for a very relaxing stay and a very good night's sleep. Only a very short detour from major highways. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with top quality coffee .
