This is a lovely property, right in the heart of Vienna. Excellent location for sightseeing, as it’s walking distance to many of the museums and city center and also 2 min from the metro or tram. Room was immaculate and beds and linens comfy. Loved having a balcony, and despite being on a busy street it was not noisy. Good wifi for work calls, etc.

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 nights. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It takes just 6-7 minutes to walk to Stephanplatz Cathedral. Additionally, you can reach the metro station where U1 and U4 lines pass in just a 2-minute walk. We really enjoyed the breakfast. They offer a wide variety of options. The breakfast staff were attentive and polite. Having a balcony in our room was an added bonus. We highly recommend it.

Location is perfect. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. You have everything you might need from an apartment/hotel. We were traveling with a young baby of 11 months and the hygene for us was a must. It not only exeeded our expectation it was as well so easy to walk around city center with a stroller. Perfect everything!

Truly wonderful experience - the staff, the location, the aesthetics and little touches in the room. Would love to come back. We arrived on morning flights (probably looking dreadful) and they took care of our luggage and upgraded our room.
Their little cafe (Elias Coffee) next time also offers quality coffee. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Austria.
