The client service is very friendly, very helpfull, very quick. It is quiet despite near train station. Subway station is 5 mins by foot. There are also tram lines near. Lidl is almost next door. Perfect base for exploring Vienna We loved the location — just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, which made it effortless to reach every part of the city. We stayed here for one night on our way to our ski vacation in the Alps. The hotel was an excellent value for money, the location was perfect for us: literally next to the subway station, which takes you to the city center and close enough from the freeway so that we wouldn’t waste a lot of time getting to it. Therefore, we got to enjoy a walk through the city centre and see the Christmas markets easily and seamlessly, given our short time in this beautiful city. The room was surprisingly spacious (especially appreciated the panoramic windows), the bathroom was also big, the bed was comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The staff was nice and helpful, the paid parking offered by the hotel was also very easy to get to and very convenient. The reception looked very cozy and modern. We did not have breakfast, but I am sure we would’ve enjoyed it.
