I had a wonderful stay at Twelve Inn! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist.
A special thanks to manager Turan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality.

Nice experience. I booked the hotel airport transfer and was really good, new clean car with a well dressed and polite driver. Drove us safely to the hotel. Hotel was in nice location near supermarket and Nizami street. The staff was very polite and helpful. Also the boss of the hotel was very kind and ready to help for everything. If you have any issue at your stay don’t hesitate to reach him, he will find a solution in no time. Every day they were tiding our room. I should note the following detail. The day of arrival in the bathroom was available one dental kit. Because we were staying 2 people the next day the room service left us one extra dental kit for the second person without even ask for it. Glad to see you again.
