We had a fantastic stay at Sana Hotel in Sarajevo. The location is perfect—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks goes to Mirlena, who stood out with her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo.

Amazing stay, great location, room super clean and comfortable. Room is very complete with good AC, small kitchen, fantastic minibar (usually we find bad ones even in fancy hotels). The hosts are truly friendly and helpful, certainly a very welcome plus.

Great location - in a quieter part of Sarajevo but still very walkable to the center and the museum cluster to the west. The room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice, but it was the staff that were the best part. They were so friendly and helpful - with taxis, restaurants, advice, etc. I would stay here again especially for the staff!

Very large, comfortable apartment located very close to the city center with everything you need both inside and outside ( restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc.). Secured parking place on an inside garden. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions and requests.
