Everything was Beyond exceptional from the moment we arrived til the time We departed. Staff - everyone was outstanding and went above and beyond. And the beds!!! Most comfortable bed ever!! This was my second time and I will return. Its the only hotel in Anywerp I will stay at!!!

Location and booked at the last minute while in the city already. Train service got suspended so we were forced to stay overnight. Easy to booked but had to email manager (email on booking) and she responded within minutes to get the keys. I got the email from booking the day after in how to get the keys SO if you are booking last minute email the manager. Great room with plenty of space
and kitchen. 10 minute walk to train station and surroundings where all the fun takes place! Recommend

The apartment was very clean and large enough to fit in comfortably. The location is good and near a big park.
Overall we liked it but for families with baby, the apartment doesn’t have a double bed and the it was cold during the nights as the heating system didn’t work at all.

Appartment is very nice, surely for the price, it's large one (two bedrooms, living room with equipped kitchen including cooktop and fridge, two toilets). It's very quite despite you can see trains passing by from the window of the living room. Position is also excellent: few minutes walking from the central station and so the city centre. We didn't have need to contact the owner exceptionality, we received all information on time and clearly explained.
