The Maison flagey is a beautiful building in a neighbourhood of beautiful buildings it stands out. From the front steps you look out onto a lovely pond. On the night we arrived our flight had been delayed 3 hours and we were running late, my phone wouldn't work however the owner was very accommodating. He really made the stay great with a lovely smile and a hello when he sees you, recommending places to eat or drink and nothing seemed like it would be too much hassle. I've been to guesthouses before and when I arrive I'm usually given a large list of rules however this was not like that. He asked that the key be left at the property when we left (the building is secure), gave me the WiFi password and that was that. The rooms itself was large, a nice airy balcony and a comfy bed. The shower was lovely and warm and the facilities were more than fantastic. The area around the guesthouse is worth exploring, close to a large park, a walk around the pond is romantic and down towards the square there are plenty of places to eat and drink.

Just a 8-minute walk from Horta Museum and one mile from Palais de Justice, The Livorno features accommodations in Brussels, with a terrace.

When we arrived, we called them and they unlocked the door entering the building. We went up to the apartment, put in the code and then the keys were on the table. It was very easy. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The laundry is downstairs and comes with soap and softner. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishwasher soap. It was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops near by. The tram is around the block and you are about 20 minutes from the city center and about 20 minutes from the main train station that will take you to other cities in Belgium. There is also a park around the block, you can actually see it from the balcony of hte apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and found it to be very relaxing. It's a perfect place for families or 2 couples!

The apartment is even nicer than is shown in the photos. The host couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the apartment is very clean. The neighborhood is quiet yet easy access to many parts of the city. I'd highly recommend it, especially for a longer stay.

The location is exceptional, so many great bars and restaurants... Very chill location... Great to sit in the sun and down some soothing beers or coffee. Bed was a sofa bed but it was incredibly comfortable...

Staff were very very friendly and helped us out a lot. Allowed us to check in early after an early flight which made our holiday better. Location is very good. Not too close to the centre but not too far.
