Erick was very friendly, the house is well located near the Botanique metro station and there was a tram line just outside. The unis was clean, toilet and shower facilities were new, clean and had strong water pressure. The homemade breakfast offered was simple but hearty! We had the room with a private external toilet which was right outside our room door. This was clearly explained in the description and was of no trouble whatsoever. The two resident cats were friendly and unintrusive - Wasabee especially was always keen for a belly rub!
