Very clean and new, it has all the facilities needed, close to the bustop, opposite a very big and lovely parc, variety of restaurants around and little shops! I highly recommend! The cleaning ladies are super kind too. For muslim travellers, the area has a mosque very near the residence! 😇

The biggest advantage of this apartment/hotel is definitely its location. Since we were on a sightseeing trip, we walked a lot, and practically everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. We only used public transport when absolutely necessary for more distant areas. This truly saved us a lot of time and effort. Moreover, we were very pleased to find a wonderful kitchenette equipped with everything needed (dishes, appliances, kettle/stove). This allowed us not only to have breakfast at home but also to prepare light dinners, which was a big plus for both our budget and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone planning to actively explore the city!
