I had to attend events at the Sofia Tech Park for two days and the location of the apartment was at a perfect distance - 5 minutes walking. The apartment had everything I need including unlimited hot water, small kitchen and a nice and cozy bed. It was so clean that you could smell the freshly laundered fabrics. I highly recommended this place and will definitely book it again.

This a new very beautiful hotel. Everything is as expected even better. Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful design. Comfortable beds and very nice bathroom. Very polite staff, amazing breakfast. Easy to reach the city with the subway which you will find 5 min walk away. Free parking. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for the second time and would choose this accommodation again if we were in Sofia. The extremely friendly owner met us at the airport despite the late hour. The apartment is in a block and has an elevator. The room is extremely clean and tastefully furnished. The owner paid attention to every detail in the equipment. You can also stay here for a long time. If you don't have a car, you can use public transport without any problem. I recommend everyone to stay in this accommodation. One of the best homestay experiences of my life.

We had an exceptional experience at this apartment. Its immaculate cleanliness, tranquil and secure city location, and the gracious owner who stayed in touch with us, all contributed to an ideal stay. He also provided great advice about places to visit and where to eat in Sofia. Everything was wonderful! It is bigger than it seems in the photos. Excellent location with easy access to all transport. 20 min from the airport and 20 min from city centre. Super clean and beautiful! Even super market was in the ground floor of the building.
