The staff was amazing from the moment we pulled in to the garage. They helped with our bags and showed us around. The breakfast selection was very good. The staff there was helpful in answering our questions regarding allergens. Rooms were spacious and everything was very clean, which is the most important thing in any hotel. Our 15 month old son loved the little playground.

The location is great, only two blocks away from the main street, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a lot of options including fresh squeezed orange juice and “pao de queijo”. Kudos to employee Tiago who helped us with luggage and helpful information.

The location is really the great advantage of this place, my wife and I also liked the facilities and the breakfast. We strongly recommend Pousada Kaliman to stay a few nights in Campos do Jordão.

Property was amazing and super clean. It was equipped with an airfryer, microwave, mini stove and a minibar. Everything was pristine clean, it’s the second time we stay there and we love it. Room 203 has 2 bathrooms with 2 showers and I love this, as we sleep upstairs in the mezzanine. Marcelo was really polite and helpful as always. Parking is easy and Marcelo many times parks the car for us. The restaurant downstairs (Moringa) has amazing and delicious food. We love the Parador.

Actually this hotel is very good I really liked the stay it is very comfortable very clean the staff is very friendly they treat you wonderfully I would actually give it 6 but I only know there are 5 a good service lunch in the morning Super rich they serve you One is very good and very accessible for all places I do not recommend 100% I hope to return very soon and wait with you I recommend it with your partner it is a nice place so you can be calm I will return as soon as possible Thank you 🙏
