Beautiful new apartments in a great location in Florianópolis. The room was spacious for travelling, and facilities very clean. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Parking is secure behind the apartments, and entry into the apartments is secure. We booked a 3 night stay originally, then rebooked another 1 night stay after our flight back into Florianópolis from Foz as we were very comfortable here.

The pousada is in a very quiet yet central place in the Lagoa. The accommodation is excellent and the staff and owner are super friendly. Our room had a balcony and we could see cute monkeys (sagüis) and many birds in the trees in front.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also speak English if you need it. I was able to rent a bike for free, we had social activities during the nights, the cats are super cute, perfect location of the place and they let me stay in the hostel after checkout without any problem

Our stay at Marcia’s was without a doubt a 10/10. She was right from the beginning very warm and welcoming. The property is very well maintained with a larg pool and lots of plants and flowers. She is undeniably a loving host. Every morning we were looking forward to the amazing and nourishing breakfast. It was very delicious, freshly prepared and healthy on top. Most days we only got hungry again in the afternoon. Whatever question might pop up, she sure will gladly help. In the end of the day she enjoys having a little sit together over a nice glass of wine and talk about whatever come’s to mind. Last but not least, the spotless rooms were equipped with everything one needs. An easy working AC made coming home very pleasant.
