Great host, we were nicely received. The host made efforts to help us with a problem we had with the credit card. The brewery was very kind and took into account our specific food needs. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

The hostel is located close to most points of interest in Lagoa da Conceição. The volunteers are a joy to be with and always ready to help when needed. I noticed that one particular volunteer, Natacha, went out of her way to keep everything clean and was very meticulous.

I liked how quiet, calm, peaceful, and clean the hostel was and the friendly staff, especially Kari. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked, the rooms were cleaned daily and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and were clean.

1. Staff was quite helpful and social (spoke good english to interact and offer suggestions) 2. Location is excellent - a bustling small town with decent connectivity to go everywhere, very close to a bus station 3. Very clean and spacious 4. Good and large common areas to hangout 5. Bicycles to borrow to go nearby if you want it, I borrowed (free of cost) to go biking around the lake 6. Decent kitchen to make breakfast/meals and always available free coffee 7. They have a water filter so you don't have to make a lot of plastic waste buying single use bottles. 8. Decent wifi, worked generally well

The pausada is in a very quiet neighborhood,it has beautiful rooms, but the best part is the host. She is so welcoming.

I liked the cleanliness and the owners attention and helpfullness. The location is pretty good considering how difficult it is moving around in Floripa by car. Being close to the Randeiras street made it easy to just walk to restaurants in that street. Hyperion is close to everything but the north of the island so I would even visit shopping malls in the city in 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself was comfortable and the beds were soft. Internet was perfect on 2 different rooms I stayed. The breakfast was varied and had some delicious cakes but most important, the coffee was really good. I would return for sure when visiting Floripa again near Lagoa.
