Everything especially the quietness of a packed hotel after the courtyard closes. Although it was a Saturday and busy, once I was ready to settle in for the night the hotel was extremely quiet. Was able to relax.

The owner/receptionist of the hotel was so pleasant, kind, and tried to fix some issues for us. It was cold outside during our stay (2 nights), and we asked a heater, he immediately provided it, also we asked a catel, and we received it.

I liked everything, the staff in particular was exceptional, so helpful and kind. We had two rooms, the family room and the jacuzzi room. Bothe rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, a lot of great food options near by and near to the Falls but not in the middle of the fray. I would absolutely stay there again
