I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel in Vancouver city. It was very clean and staff were always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast definitely exceeded my expectations-lovely food and well presented, great ambience.
The hotel has underground parking which we had to pay for-it was very secure with lots of parking spaces. Location was great as we had an event at the convention centre which is just walking distance.

Hotel reception, doormen, and house keepers are all exceptionally kind and familiar. Even when the reception was busy with other gueats checking in/out, I didn't feel ignored. Doorman was constantly watching who was coming in/ out which made me feel very safe.
The receptionist was constantly paying attention to all surroundings too.
House keeper, Katie, remembers all her guests by names, and on my last day at the hotel, she greeted me in my mother language, Japanese.
This had never happed to me in any country/ hotel before.
In addition, hotel room was vast for one guest. My room consisted of seperate living/ bed rooms with superb view of downtown!
I shall stay Le Soleil again next year!

The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.
