Excellent location in an exciting neighborhood and near the city centre. All facilities nearby with shops and restaurants. The street car connecting with all the attractions was just some meters away. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff very welcoming on check in. Rooms were very comfortable, modern and very clean. Location of hotel very central with public transport right outside. Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Highly recommend the hotel.

Close to DB station. Close to city center by tram. Warm and very warm in the room. Small, but clean and good looking room. Personnel very nice and helpful. Got the Basel card to travel free and get discounts to museums.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the old city. Great location with restaurants and stores nearby. Nice modern good size rooms. Breakfast buffet included big variety of items including lactose free milk and yogurts and gluten free items. Great service in the hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive.

This place is a fantastic choice for its price, quality, and location. Perfect for those who prefer self check-in and just need a spot to shower and sleep. Everything you need is within walking distance, and it’s easy to reach the train station, explore the historic center, or visit shops and restaurants. I also want to highlight that during the online check-in, I had a little trouble completing the tourist tax payment. The support team responded very quickly and explained everything clearly, step by step. I’m truly grateful for Maryem’s help, it made the process so much easier))

Especially Susy was such a nice person that I could talk for hours if she had the time. 2) Complete and good breakfast. 3) Location of the hotel could not be any better.
