The receptionists were very helpful. They were well prepared with maps on which they marked Christmas markets and the closest trams. They also provided Basel cards which were helpful when moving around the city. The room was big, tidy and included a kitchenette ( the kettle, combined with the tea bags from reception kept us warm). Also there are other appliances in the lobby that you could borrow. The buffet breakfast was quite diverse (having the option to make fresh orange juice was appreciated).

Property is conveniently located near amenities and sights . Staff is exceptional . They are polite, professional and extremely helpful . Rooms are clean and efficiently organized . I would highly recommend this hotel .
