Lovely hotel. We regret we couldn't stay longer (one night stay only), the room was spotless and very spacious as well as the bathroom (shower&bath). Great location - a few minutes from the airport by free shuttle service. There is also a bus stop right beside the hotel. It takes only 12 minutes to get to the city centre/SBB train station. Smiley and friendly staff - we had a nice conversation with Dominic who checked us in, right person at the right place :)

The apartment is in excellent condition and in an excellent location with easy access to public transport. Very spacious and extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly and available. I recommend the stay, for us it was undoubtedly excellent.

The property has three very spacious bedrooms, a generous sized (well equipped) kitchen, and a private outdoor terrace. The bathroom is a little small, but perfectly functional. The hosts provided an excellent check in document and were very friendly and responsive when there was a minor issue with the check in. The property is well located for access to the centre of Basel with a tram stop just a few seconds down the road. My friends and I also enjoyed the eclectic collection of lamps.

Everything was great, but the service in particular was outstanding - many thanks to Hilde and Nadine! I mainly stayed here because of the unusual design (I love an old industrial building!) and it did not disappoint on that score. The journey into the city centre was also very easy from SILO; I did it about six times in three days. I chose Basel solely because of its rail connections, but am glad that I took time in the end to explore - it's a wonderful and friendly city.

Everything was perfect. Close to the trams, which bring you everywhere. You can rent the bicycle for free. The receptionist was very friendly.

I loved that I received an email from the property with one day before arrival with everything I need to know to get at the hotel. The hotel staff was very professional, the breakfast was healthy and tasty, the room was very comfy. The hotel has a very good location near to the centre. The bus station to the train station is in front of the building. Overall, it was an amazing experience! For sure, next time I’ll pick the same accommodation!
