There are vending machines in the ground floor if you're looking for snacks. Staff is not available in the night but they shared contact details to call. There's online check-in check-out system so that you can check-out anytime.

We were traveling with our two dogs. Los Lorentes made it very easy to travel with the dogs. The apartment/room was clean and comfortable and it was easy to walk the dogs. We had a car, and the garage access and ease of getting into Bern were a plus.

All of our stay exceeded expectations. From the friendly staff at check in to the lovely dinner served to us late at night (we arrived off the eurail late so got to the hotel right as dining was closing but they happily accommodated my kids and I at the restaurant). The third bed was made up for my son upon arrival and the room was spotless. The pool and gym were a bonus. Much appreciated this lovely stay!
