Central location, easy to get anywhere on foot. Excellent room service, even drinks brought up to our room. Pet friendly hotel, close by to a park for morning/evening relief. Friendly staff (especially Aristotelis, who is the nicest person we have ever met). Room cleaning twice a day, we certainly did not expect that. Valet parking, they took care of our bags and car needs. Actually nice food, hotels aren't this good usually.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. The entire apartment was great - large and comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, silverware and cookware and had a large refrigerator and oven. It has a washing machine and dryer for clothes. The location is in the heart of the old town off the main street and couldn't be better for sightseeing or old town access. It even overlooks the large city Munster out the back windows! Access using door codes was simple. We will stay here again when we come back to Bern!

The common kitchen was great for us. There are plates and cups, so if you bring your own ramen noodles or coffee, it's easy to use.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Concerning the breakfast, the variety of food was excellent and very tasty. The room was clean, warm and minimal, just like I expected it to be. I would totally stay in this property in my next trip to Bern!
