The location was perfect, the hotel is located in old town and only 2 minutes away to the main street by walking. The staff is really nice always smiling and helping at all matters, also we loved the breakfast even though it was tiny surprisingly they had everything for a good breakfast and the quality of the products and food was outstanding!

Really nice location, apartment well equipped . Hadn't realised Switzerland was a different electrical system to the rest of Europe, so our adapters didn't work in normal sockets. The staff were great and the reception was fantastic. They were so helpful in upgrading my room, taking care of my luggage, early check-in time and still helping with a tour plan! The room itself was large and very comfortable. located centrally and close to the main station it was very convenient to move around. Definitely recommend it.

Great hotel. It's not cheap, but for Geneva standards is acceptable, especially considering the quality offered. Rooms are great, bar and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is very good. Staff is all incredibly friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face to receive us. Location is the best you can get in a Geneva. It's fancy but not too much. Above all, it's comfortable, and you feel very good here. In conclusion, if you can pay some extra money above a poor quality hotel, I would recommend you experience Bristol. It's been a while since I felt so welcome in a hotel, and I am thankful for that.

Arriving just the day of opening, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room has everything what is needed for a short or even longer stay. The top floor with common spaces is very cozy and offers amazing view. Definitely to recommend!
