Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. Gery's camp is on an excellent location especially if you come with car, busy city centre is easily reachable with a bus 2 mins from the camp. The room and the facilities are extremely clean and very well equipped. Kitchen is superb and you can spend your breakfast in a nice big balcony that look to the mount Pilatus.
