The apartment was new and in great condition with comfortable beds. Is a great location just out of town close to multiple buses and train station and a large shopping centre only minutes away. Also very quiet at night here.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, large rooms with view onto the lake.

Very cozy and comfortable, like home, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast, a cozy terrace with a stunning view of the mountains, where you can relax and drink coffee, a washing machine and a dryer, very clean, just a couple of minutes to the bus stop. Special thanks to the owner Gery

Location was really good. Shopping alleys just right down the lane, ferry and train terminal just about 10-15 mins walk. For Muslim travellers, there are two halal restaurants in the same alley as the accommodation.
Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Check in time is 3pm. We were so grateful that an early check in was possible as we have a toddler with us.
The room was modern and updated. It is nice and comfortable.
