The apartment was new and in great condition with comfortable beds. Is a great location just out of town close to multiple buses and train station and a large shopping centre only minutes away. Also very quiet at night here.

Wonderful hotel at an exceptional location directly at the lake shore, and while on the outskirts of Lucerne with a frequent bus connection that takes one to the center in about 10 minutes, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Perfect location. 10 mins walk to station, lake just 3-4 mins, shopping area just back side. I just wanted to store my luggage as arrived very early at Lucerene. But they were so nice and kind that they gave me room 5 hours before actual check in time. It was very clean and explained me very well everything like how they want there apartment back from me. Clean kitchen. Spacious room for two adult and 1-2 kids. Good internet. Quiet neighborhood during my stay. We were very delighted by there service and apartment. Price was really good compared to other. I recomend this.
