Nearby location to Oerlikon train station, and a short train ride to Zürich center. Very comfortable room in the Basic Suites, and friendly staff. I booked an “Acasa Classic” massage which was wonderful - the massage therapist Luca is excellent!

I loved everything—The staff were absolutely amazing—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I loved the comfortable room, the perfect location, and the small mall and many restaurants nearby. Metro, tram, and bus stations are just 3 minutes away. The lobby also has games, which makes the stay even more fun.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The beds were firm and after a week of traveling and staying in different properties, I absolutely loved theirs. The neighborhood was super quiet at night which helped me sleep well.

The property looked like the photos shown. It did feel a bit smaller than the photos initially but it’s a good size once you’ve stayed in. All the furnishings and utensils are very new and clean. It has a good size kitchen. It has a beautiful balcony too which overlooked the train station. Stefani and Alex were very helpful and prompt in attending to our requests. Kudos to them! Very near the train station of Oerlikon, convenient to get around. For Muslim travellers there’s a Pakistani supermarket on the next street around 5-7mins walk where you can buy halal groceries. Aksa supermarket can be reached by Uber around 8-9 Swiss franc.
