Absolutely everything. This is my very favorite place in Santiago. Perfect location, amazing food for room service and breakfast, stunning views and very comfortable room, added to quality wifi and great staff. Great value for money.

Nice, immaculately clean rooms, stylishly decorated in a beautiful house with a real home feel. Genuinely welcoming, friendly, respectful, helpful hosts who really care for their guests. Good, easy to handle airco, providing fast heat or cold. Good breakfast. Safe and easy parking. The location is easy to find, in a quite residential area. One of our favorite stays in Chili.

Great host. After a long 14 hour flight the host met me at the building, helped me with storing my bags while the unit was getting ready. Checked in at 3 PM. Very secure building in a great location. It is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a well equipped kitchen. The unit has a wonderful balcony with a great view of the city and mountains. Near shops and restaurants.

It’s a very welcoming, silent and calm place to be. When you arrive from the street you can find peace and a warm environment. The staff was amazing, helped us anytime we needed assistance and they were always there to talk and have a laugh as well. The night coffee it’s definitely something to exalt about these hotel, we enjoyed every single night and we already miss it :)
