Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us arrange after hours food order and delivery Helped arrange Didi ride. Extremely generous breakfast. So delicious. Over 60 varieties of bowls and pots of all kinds of cereal, noodles, rice, egg, yoghurt, beverage . Even provided popcorn for kids. So generous they let you take food away, with departure gift of cookies for the road. Amazing Beijing treat

Loved the breakfast, a lot of variety and high quality. The staff was amazing and had great english. They helped us to book certain tourist attractions! We travelled with a baby and were given a baby cot & high chair for breakfast. The room didn't have any smoke smell which is great and not common. We also got upgraded and stayed in a huge room with a sofa and living area. The location is great. Overall, very happy!

We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade to a wonderful suite! Breakfast was exceptional more than enough choices for anyone and the quality of the food was excellent. Perfect location near to the station. All staff were helpful and friendly.
