Very friendly and helpful hotel operators with lots of tips for hiking routes. Both Chinese and English is spoken. The hotel is located 30 meters from the main shopping street but still absolutely quiet. Clean rooms. It was a very pleasant stay. Baisha as one of the 3 old towns of Lijiang is the ideal starting point for hikes into the Yulong Mountains and yet not far from Lijiangs historical old town.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we feel like stay at home. Especially Xiao He, he has been very helpful to assist with our request in arrange for our private van, he is very informative to make sure we can enjoy the most with the stay. Our first time visit Lijiang has been wonderfully. I will come and stay with them again if come to Lijiang.

The hospitality provided by all the staff was amazing, particularly from the energetic Mr. Joye, who happily arranged all our transportation, responded to all my inquiries, and even prepared breakfast for our tour. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the location of our stay, which had a cozy atmosphere and was situated in a fantastic spot. Unlike other accommodations I had in the old town of Lijiang, it wasn't as crowded or noisy.

The feeling this hotel gives me is a surprise! Whether it is the environment, hygiene, facilities, or services, they are all beyond my imagination. High cost-effectiveness. The added value is high. Although the shop owner does not know English, they will try their best to provide you with assistance. I will recommend it to friends.
