Amazing hostel, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I stayed in a private room and honestly the room was like a room in a hotel, rather than a hostel. Super clean room and bathroom, big comfy bed, spacious bathroom. The staff was also amazing and very helpful. 10/10

Location is great. Near everything. The bathroom and toilet are clean with ample toiletries and lots of towels! Bed is super comfy and I love the big window in the room as I can see the beautiful blue sky and decided I should not waste such a lovely day 😅😅 And the staff are hospitable, too! They can't speak English very well but the important thing is that they try their best to communicate with me, and always send me their regards plus well wishes 🙆🙆🙆

The hotel is in a beautifully restored old art-deco building, right in the center of Kunming with the shops, restaurants and night market. The metro station is also withing walking distance. The green lake within walking distance as well.
A special thumbs-up for Lingling, the manager, who does everything within her possibilities to assist her guests. She borrowed me a sim card the first day and went with me to the service centre of the provider to buy a sim card and stayed there in the queue with me until they actually installed the card in my phone. Thank you, Lingling, you are the best !

It was newlt renovated. The lift is huge! The rooftop pool is great!! Breakfast was really good. Check out was easier. Room and washrooms are incredible.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We took 3 Jens King rooms for the 4 of us, and everyone was very happy with the hotel.
Rooms are very well appointed, clean and well-designed. Everything we needed are there. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The black-out blinds were perfect for a complete dark room at night, and the sound-proofing very good.
We really like the auto hot/cold water dispenser. Every hotel room should have one!
My family love the gym. This gym has to be the best equipped hotel gym that we have ever come across.
It also has a lovely heated indoor pool. Pity none of us came with our swim wear as we certainly didn't expect to swim in winter.
Location also very handy. 5 mins walk to the new Spring 66 Mall, which is a very nice mall.
If we are ever back in Kunming, this will be the hotel we stay again and again. No brainer.

The service staff from the door to the counter desk to be room service to the breakfast table are all impeccable and knowledgeable. Love the details inside of the hotel room. The room is spacious and with a very comfortable bed. But if you intend to add another bed, it might be quite challenging. It does come with a day bed near the window. Just request an extra pillow and blanket. This hotel is next to a big shopping mall with all the high-end shops.
