I really satisfied with the hotel services and design of building. It’s very clean and fresh. The meals were very nice. There were buffet meals and it’s easy to choose your own favourite food. The hotel also has SPA service and kids rooms.

Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

They contacted us shortly after our reservation to share room details and location, along with comprehensive guides on nearby dining, shopping, and attractions, which was incredibly helpful for us as first-time travelers. They even took the initiative to find out when we would be checking in and prepped the air conditioning, so we arrived to a cool and inviting room! Each evening, they coordinated with us about breakfast times for the next day, and the breakfast itself was fantastic—delicious enough for foreign guests like us! The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...
