I really satisfied with the hotel services and design of building. It’s very clean and fresh. The meals were very nice. There were buffet meals and it’s easy to choose your own favourite food. The hotel also has SPA service and kids rooms.

The Pool selection was excellent. Each pool was very spacious and set in wonderful scenery. The heated pool was fantastic, especially as travelled in December. Highly recommend the Pullman! Perou (our host at reception) was amazing. She gave daily updates about the weather, checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and made us feel really welcome! the food selection at breakfast was excellent. The beach access and all the facilities were absolutely fantastic! We definitely recommend the Pullman Oceanview to anyone wishing to visit Sanya!

Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

Great activities for kids. There is a daily schedule for all ages. The pool foam party every day was a hit with my 4 year old. Very convenient with the beach across the street. Many different pools with a small heated pool too. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Location is super nice, 5 mins to walk to the beach. View on the sea is fascinating, from 28th floor was really good! They allowed me to check in earlier than 14:00, so I did not have to wait on the street!!
