hotel is very well designed for family stay: - spacious: our kid could run around at the lobby, near cafe, the fish place without other people felt disturbed. - kids friendly: staff has daily many little events for kids (dancing, painting, handcrafting, animals, etc.) - kids theme: we haven't tried all out (as our kid was barely 2 years old) - inside and an big outside playground, pottery course, cinema, small animal zoo, an arcade game corner, cars - hotel has an own kids friendly big pool (water level like 30-40cm high) as well as an easy access to the beach (around 100m to walk) - food wise: 3 restaurants - one kids topic, one buffet with wide variations of good western/chinese selections and desert corner - one chinese restaurant with hainan specialities (we haven't tried) - but again very kids friendly as they allow them to run around - Room: we had one at front side facing the pool / beach, very nice to get up and our little also enjoyed it.

Unlike those places that only provide a code after booking and lack any personal touch, the service here truly deserves a five-star rating. They contacted us shortly after our reservation to share room details and location, along with comprehensive guides on nearby dining, shopping, and attractions, which was incredibly helpful for us as first-time travelers. They even took the initiative to find out when we would be checking in and prepped the air conditioning, so we arrived to a cool and inviting room! Each evening, they coordinated with us about breakfast times for the next day, and the breakfast itself was fantastic—delicious enough for foreign guests like us! Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Very cosy and relaxing! Excellent breakfast choices everyday all staff welcoming and friendly. breakfast waiters one in particular made our stay extra special he always had a smile on his face and looked like he enjoyed working their. Manager recommended fantastic day trip and helped us with taxi very helpful team. thank you

Really liked the hotel, better than the pictures. We considered the option to be wild and not crowded. The villas are surrounded by wild plants and palm trees, liked the location, just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are equipped so that you feel alone in the villa. Lovely pool near reception and in the villa itself. Good breakfast of both European and Chinese cuisine. Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Even with language barrier always try to help, through translator. The hotel exceeded expectations, great view and walk to the room for lovers of Asian wildlife. Will definitely visit you again, thank you.
