It’s a very conveniently located hotel near the Beixinjing station on Line 2 of Shanghai Metro. You can hop onto it from either Pudong or Hongqiao airports. It’s a great property where evening strolls can be taken and also some nice restaurants within walkable distance. Staff are extremely responsive. Mr. Johnson was especially very proactive. He takes personal care of guests giving them some insights about the city and also the facilities. I will be back in Shanghai and will definitely be staying here.

We really like this hotel. It’s located in a great area with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options—including delicious Chinese specialties we loved, along with many other choices. We also really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at the hotel. The staff are exceptionally kind and very helpful

Good location - access to transport, a short taxi ride to many of the business hubs, and walking distance to a TON of top-notch eateries. The added perk is direct quick access to both terminals of Hongqiao Airport by Metro Line 10 - the airport is infamous for being difficult to get from by taxi due to grumpy drivers reluctant to provide short rides which aren't worth the long wait at the arrival area.
Breakfast is plentiful, rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and the hotel belongs to a well-established international brand that is foreigner-friendly. Very smooth check-in and check-out process.
The hotel isn't really close to any of the historical areas in the City or famous landmarks - but it's a perfect base if you visit Shanghai for business, visiting family or just to chill. The interesting mix of the bustling community housing blocks and some of Shanghai's most affluent neighborhoods nearby, and the food and shopping scene resulting from the mix is the defining character of the city.

5-Star Stay with Exceptional Service!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my stay very relaxing.
What really stood out was the customer-oriented staff. From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request.
The location was close to the airport, the amenities were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return!
