Absolutely stunning Hotel. Extra friendly and helpful staff. Saw many 5 Stars Hotels like the four season, mbs Singapore or the Edition in Manhattan but nothing can reach this Hotel. Got many extra like a huge complementary mini bar, fresh fruits every day, a huge breakfast with an order option. Additionally some extra gifts which I never expected. I went also to two restaurants which had an incredible design.

Thomas Zhou from the reception’s service has been excellent from start till end. Hotel is very clean and every details from start to end is exceptionally well handled! Close from metro with 6-8mins walk and view of the oriental pearl tower was just a big wow!

The apartment is stunning. It feels luxurious but cozy and the mini bar is just the cherry on top, with a very nice coffee machine and various soft drinks. The location was incredible, all amenities, space quiet and secure. The host is very kind and helpful, greeting us with a nice bottle of wine too. Great find!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location right next to the river and restaurants so that everyone can find something good to eat. We had peace and quiet with a beautiful view of the river and the ships coming in and out. The room was clean spacious and we enjoyed it very much. Many thanks to all the staff for being friendly and professional. In particular, we would like to thank the doorman who took care of our suitcases in the waiting area and I was able to have a short chat about Chinese Polish and European football.

Great location close to city centre and the bund at night is an amazing view. Staff were amazing and able to accomodate us with an early check in after an overnight flight from New Zealand and a room upgrade with view over the river. The art 50 restaurant was a great menu for dinner and buffet breakfast. Management staff (Tony) were very helpful and English was very well spoke as we don’t speak a word of Chinese.
