All the staff was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety and quality. I enjoyed the stay a lot. I stayed in 2029 room number. It was a corner room having a large window with a lovely view outside. 👌👏👌👍

The apartment is really easy to find, right outside the subway station—the location is super convenient! The host was incredibly attentive, providing us with a detailed check-in guide and answering all our questions. The room was incredibly clean and tidy. Although the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area were a bit small, they were fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We even ordered takeout and had it delivered to our room—so convenient! It offered exceptional value for money, much more affordable than downtown accommodations, and we were extremely satisfied! (≧▽≦)

The location was great if you are interested in walking or cycling along the Bund. The museum close by was a great stop too. Longhua temple not far either. The rooms were comfy and decor was nice. Staff was excellent.

The room was very nice with elegant decor, a spacious bathroom (with soaking tub), and a comfortable bed. It was quiet despite being in the central part of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke enough English that we could manage without issues. Close to a subway stop and has lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. nearby. Would definitely recommend.
