I absolutely was amazed on how the duty manager was able to come out of his way to resolve the taxi abuse that charged me 10 times the transfer cost from airport to hotel not to forget Steven the doorman and reg the exceptional concierge. I can only say that this type of attitude madenthe experience unforgettable especially in today's reality of individualism. This was really unexpected.
On another note the breakfast is simply outstanding.

You'll be located between COCO Park and Huaqiangbei : what else could you require :) ?
Buffet Breakfast is just incredible (sushis included !) .... Restaurant is huge, you will feel comfortable...
Interesting fact : the swimming pool is a narrow and very long one : perfect for intensive swimming practice.
I need to insist : housekeeping staff is wonderful and very efficient : impressive !

Nice and clean hotel, just a distance walk to Metro Shixia, use Exit A. Peaceful neighbourhood and safe. The Hotel lobby is also well fragrant.
There is a Convenient store just next to the hotel and a block walk to the community stalls nearby.
Breakfast for us is good as we're Asian. Then Asian BF is fine as always. Bakery is great too.
The staff is superb and check in/out super fast.

We arrived at the hotel on May 6th 2025, and we have to say that we’ve never experienced a warmer welcome anywhere on our travels. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and their positive attitude made us feel truly special from the very first moment. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names, but we are very grateful for their care.
The whole hotel left a great impression on us – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.
