The hotel is beautifully designed and the pool provides cute inflatables for kids to use. It was hot and you could swim right up to 9pm. The pool also has a partial view of the Eiffel Tower from Windows of the World. The location was perfect - minutes from Happy Valley and Windows of the World and walking distance to Walmart and many food options at your doorstep. The staff were extremely polite and courteous and the rooms were well appointed with big comfortable beds and high quality amenities. The buffet breakfast included with our room had great variety catering to Asian and Western tastes. The kids especially loved all the drinks and yoghurts on offer. If you’re rushed for time they can also wrap things up for you and have a small table for takeaway if you need a little extra snack later.

Shenzhen Loft Youth Hostel has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Shenzhen.

The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered a stunning window view of the city skyline. I particularly appreciated the luxurious bathroom with automatic toilets, which added an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Room service was prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. The location was perfect for my business trip — directly opposite the Convention Center and just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a seamless and very comfortable stay.

Amazing staff, helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is truly a 5 star one. I really recommend their buffets, especially the lobster dinner one, because of the excellent value for money.

Perfect location, directly connected to Raffles City Mall at 3rd floor and also to a metro station. Great residence fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Lobby was small but convenient, and all staff members were so friendly. Thank you! :)
