This hotel really wowed me. It was more than just a place to stay - it is connected to an amazing garden that you get access to for free being a guest of the hotel. The architecture of the rooms and the building is in line with the historical Chinese design. Truely a beautiful place to stay.

I had the most amazing time here! The staff were all so friendly and generous! I have to thank Lan & Nia in particular for going above and beyond, they made me feel so welcomed and gave the best advice on places to visit. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient to come and go as you please. The staff operated as a family and were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to come and stay here.

Helpfull staffs, they can speak English. Room is very beautiful, spacious and full of modern furnitures, love the washing machine (with dryer function). Fantastic location, Metro is 100m nearby. A lot of malls in a range of 1, 2 stations. There are FamilyMart, seafood restaurant nearby (Baiyan), which you can choose seafood by yourself in 1st floor supermarket & bring to 3rd floor for processing (go to 3rd floor first to get ticket number).

The place was very clean and very beautiful. It makes you feel like at home from the minute you step in. The hostess was really nice and helpful. She gave us some good indications and kept our luggage for some hours the day we were leaving. The room was very comfortable and clean. Only the bathroom was a bit small perhaps, but not a problem at all. The location is very good, in walkable fistabce to most of the interesting locations in the city. It is located in a very authentic street and although the place is a bit hidden, we had no problem finding it with the hostess indications. We would definitely choose this guesthouse for a future visit in Suzhou.

I absolutely loved their service and the hospitality they provided. I felt as though it was a home away from home. The entire staff member made my experience there so much more lovely and really went beyond the usual routine to ensure maximum comfort and assisted with anything possible but without feeling as if it was pushed to be done. I had packages that were missing and the staff tried to contact the personnel so many times for me, for that I am extremely thankful! I also liked the touch of using WeChat to communicate instead of having to call the front office or different departments all the time. Not to mention the adorable little robot who brings our delivery up to us and saved us from walking downstairs. The staff members, when they found out i was preparing for my wedding also sent their well wishes and gifts for me. I have been left speechless and it makes me want to come back to suzhou so much just to enjoy this all over again. Thank you so so much for everything!!!

super helpful staff, they gave us a very friendly welcome and tips around the area, as well as helped receive a package for us and keep things at the front desk for pickup. there‘s no elevator but they will help you with luggage, and were always very nice. the apartment is located conveniently to the subway and very close walking distance to the gusu old town district where most of the sightseeing spots are. it‘s not directly in the main tourist street tho, so it‘s relatively quiet, and had all the facilities needed. the room was quite big, comfortable for 2 persons. it‘s made of wood and has a modern chinese style interior design. would book again :)

Hotel is very near the metro station. It is also near to the ancient walking street - PingJiang road. There's a lot of convenient stores and eateries around the hotel, even a market with food court where locals and tourists venture. Easy to find breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also near to shopping streets. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are great. Room may be small but very comfortable.
