The location is ideal for exploring the Zhangjiajie,as it’s close to both the park and the baofeng lake . English speaking staff Lily was really helpful in planning the best routes for visiting Zhangjiajie made our trip even more remarkable.. they also provided delicious breakfast. The owner Yuelu is amazing so helpful in all that is needed for traveling in the park ! She also help when you are stuck as no one speak English in the park Her home stay is so close to the park that you can just walk to the entrance. The room is great she make that it will be heated before arrival and the breakfast is great!

Linda made our family's trip PERFECT! She truly went above and beyond – arranging seamless park transfers, sorting our tickets, and even making sure our morning coffee was perfect. No request was too big or small! 🙌 The hotel itself is incredible. The infinity pool is STUNNING (we couldn't get enough of those mountain views!), rooms were super comfy, and breakfast was delicious. If you come here, ask for Linda! She arranged EVERYTHING beautifully and answered all our questions. We felt completely taken care of. Zero stress, 100% relaxation and fun. We'll definitely be back! Thank you, Linda & team! 🤗

This place is so wonderful! The staff, the location, the room...it is amazing! Even the guests were so friendly and nice. We met people of all ages here. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We were busy hiking everyday and it was so nice to come back to a cozy place at the end of the day. After hours and hours of hiking each day, the best part was we didn't have to walk far to go to dinner...practically just outside the hotel on the main street is the night market with tons of food stands of delicious food. A huge variety and wonderful! We loved our routine every night of coming home and going to dinner right outside of the hotel. The staff here is exceptionally wonderful. Ralph is such a great, fun, kind, friendly guy. Our 7 year old daughter liked making friends with him. The perfect staff team is complete with (Nia- not sure how to spell her name) who is practically your personal travel planner. Out of our entire trip, there was no other hotel who did so much for their guests than this one! Ralph and Nia organized everything for us! She sat down for so long and worked out every single detail of our daily schedule in the parks, bought the tickets, gave us maps, told us where to go, everything! I am amazed that they do this for every single one of their guests! Wow! That takes a lot of patience and a lot of time! You all do it wonderfully! We loved the decorations in this hotel. The wood made us feel like we were in a mountain retreat somewhere. It was all perfect. Thank you so much for everything! When we come back to Zhangjiajie one day, we will definitely stay at this place. It was one of the highlights of our trip! With love from Christian, Lisa and Haven

We had a really amazing stay at Whispering Mountains, all thanks to Lucas for making our stay so memorable and taking good care of our itinerary. He really helped us through the stay by suggesting best picks and routes for the National parks and arranging tickets. The food served is really good too. Rooms are clean and has an amazing view to the mountains. Overall I would totally recommend this place as it's quiet and peaceful and the highlight of this hotel is totally it's staff and specially Lucas. Thanking Lucas one last time for ensuring we have a great and memorable trip in Zhangjiajie.
