Hotel was good, staff was friendly and everyone spoke fluent English which made it really easy for us to communicate in all aspects. Comfortable beds and really big pillows. Also the coffee machine in the room was a really good add-on.

A truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, on the banks of the Rhine, I was able to walk along the sand....heaven. The hotel is beautiful, the terrace for breakfast was lovely. The breakfast was 5 star. I absolutely loved it. My phone charger broke and I didn't have time to go to shops, staff gave me hotel charger to borrow and next day asked me again if I needed it. Staff were lovely, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this gorgeous hotel enough.

Very good value. Access to public transport very good. Much more reasonable stay, than in the city. Fully furnished, Netflix included.

Staff was very friendly. They offered free coffee, tea, water etc. Location was perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Although rooms lacked private bathrooms, the shared ones were very clear and easy to access.

I stayed for 5 nights during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect. It was close to the Christmas market, shopping streets, and Cologne Cathedral, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable.
