Hotel was good, staff was friendly and everyone spoke fluent English which made it really easy for us to communicate in all aspects. Comfortable beds and really big pillows. Also the coffee machine in the room was a really good add-on.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect – from the overall comfort to the smallest details. I especially loved the room with its spacious terrace and incredibly comfortable bed with an orthopedic mattress – I’ve never slept better! The staff were absolutely wonderful – always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any question or issue. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

It was a business trip to Cologne and we decided to stay at the B-Chill Hotel because of all the good reviews we had seen on booking.com. We enjoyed our stay here. Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean and well-furnished, beds were comfy. There is also a beautiful garden area.
