Staff was very friendly. They offered free coffee, tea, water etc. Location was perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Although rooms lacked private bathrooms, the shared ones were very clear and easy to access.

I stayed for 5 nights during a business trip, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, and the location was perfect. It was close to the Christmas market, shopping streets, and Cologne Cathedral, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more comfortable.

It was a very pleasent stay. Comfortable bed and a clean and nice bathroom. Walking distance to everything you needed, like stores and restaurants. We stayed here for the night to visit Phantasialand and it was perfect for us, because you could walk under ten minutes to the station where the shuttle bus departed from. The host was very helpful and explained very clearly about the accommodation and gave recommendations about restaurants we could visit.

A perfect place to hide out for a few days to work remotely for a couple days on an extended road trip to Germany. What stand out include: 1) The office set up is perfect with 2 monitors, proper computer office desk and a view of the river. 2) the sauna is a super nice bonus, easy to use
